2.3 Account Security

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit

3.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following cases:

3.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the initial deposit must be at least ৳500. The bonus is one-time and applies only once per account.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement: 25x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. 4.3 Other Promotions
The terms for regular promotional offers, tournaments, and VIP rewards are published separately. Each promotion may have its own validity period, bonus amount, and wagering requirements. bh333 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
The following conditions apply to receiving bonuses:
- Only one bonus may be claimed per account.
- The bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another player.
- After receiving a bonus, the original deposit portion also cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled and the balance will be forfeited.
VIP Program and Rewards
The bh333 VIP program has three tiers. Advancement to each tier depends on the player's activity, and the following weekly cashback benefits are available:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
VIP benefits may be reviewed based on individual performance. VIP rewards are provided in the form of cashback and may have separate wagering requirements. bh333 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
Ensuring fair and honest gaming on bh333 is our highest priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using bots or automated software to play.
- Attempting to earn money fraudulently by exploiting the bonus system.

- Attempting to interfere with the platform through hacking, viruses, or other technical means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or with illegal funds.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users.
